Joaquin is a Venezuelan multidisciplinary artist and creative director, currently based in New York. He started painting on walls and creating all kinds of artwork for local bands around the age of 15. His insatiable hunger to create led him to pursue a career in graphic design and then went on to further his education by earning a Masters of Fine Arts granting him a successful career as a creative in the advertising world.
His award winning experience in advertising and constant collaboration with major players in different industries for over a decade, has greatly influenced his development as a fine artist and music video director. Joaquin's artwork and music videos often resembles nonexistent advertisements that break the established rules of design and communication and often utilizes elements from that world providing a satirical tone to the work.
